Want to know what this charming city neighborhood tastes like? No – don’t lick the street! Get ready for the Taste of the West Village, happening on Sunday, September 19. The event is in its second year, and will feature bites from celebrated West Village restaurants like Braeburn, The Little Owl, Employees Only and August. The chefs will dispense their wares over at The Yard, located at P.S. 41 (Greenwich Avenue and Charles Street). You can purchase ticket packages by the taste – $30 gets you 10 bites while $50 gets you 20. If you want to go all out, check out the American Express Premier Package – $85 gets you unlimited tastes, reserved seating and admission to a private after-party at Choptank. The event runs from noon–4 PM, and you can buy tickets here.
