Brooding celebrity chef with “bedroom eyes” Todd English is having a busy, busy year. First, he opened Public Urban Bar (P.U.B) inside CityCenter in Las Vegas. Then we learned he would be helming the new restaurant inside the forthcoming Intercontinental Times Square and last month, we found him aboard the Queen Mary 2 in the Captain’s Chair no less.

Now he’s on the eve of opening his new Food Hall inside the struggling retail space at The Plaza Hotel. (We guess he’s just making up for a disastrous 2009, personal life-wise.)
