Two years ago this month, Joe Dobias and Jill Schulster opened up a little restaurant on First Street using credit cards and elbow grease. And now, JoeDoe, the fruit of their labors, is celebrating for the entire month of September with a four-course, $40 tasting menu featuring some of the New American’s most buzzed-about dishes. Considering entrees are in the $20 range normally, we think it’s safe to call the deal a steal.
